Issues with light guns when resolution changes

Hello. I have 2 aimtrak light guns working for Lost World and Ocean Hunter in 4x3 res, but if I try to change res in SM3 to fullscreen, the 720P TV I am using (res really 1366x768 with PC connection) the sites are way off and even if I try to calibrate in game I can't get them to be correct. It is like the sites go off more and more with different res changes. Not sure if there is a way to calibrate the guns for fullscreen properly or if there is something I am missing here.
