Still cant run Super Model 3 on my Mac **Please Help**

Downloaded Super Model 3
My process:
Open Terminal
I type in "cd" than drag the super model folder into Terminal *enter*
Then I type "./Supermodel" and drag my rom into Terminal *enter*
Then I get a message that says "not a directory"
Im not sure if I'm even close or way off. Any kind of pointers would be great.
Obviously super new to all of this
