I like the gameplay of the third one and the aesthetics of the first one. The music is awesome in all of them.

Where is the gameplay? I'm not seeing a challenge.. Just an empty, wide track, no difficult corners or opponents.

It's like with 90s Arcade Racer. Seems like it's not so difficult for someone to make a stylish-looking racing engine by themselves these days but there's no game to it.

1st game is not that good and besides the track is all over and over the same.
The 3rd one game is awesome, we can able to create tracks.

There's a Kickstarter game called Racing Apex, it's kinda like Virtua Racing but it had customization system like Gran Turismo and car combat system like Twisted Metal or Mario Kart.

So what's the deal with three near identical looking neon-tastic 80's themed driving games all coming out at the same time? Did 3 indie developers all get the same idea at the same time?

Music is pretty awesome in all 3 though...

It seems the 3rd game is original, some people just complain about OutDrive being stealing Megacom copy.

Racing Apex...? The trailer looks amazing...and it looks promising... Seems fun racing and wrecking at the same time...reminds me of a game using licensed cars with Mario Kart items... *cough* ...Blur... *cough*

Hey JD, I've been lurking about in the background, keeping up-to-date with all the latest builds. I have heard of that Racing Apex game. It looks nice, but I'm not mad on the inclusion of weapons in it. I either like my racers to be 'pure' arcade racers or the more weapons based Kart type affairs (although having said that, Blur had weapons and was pretty awesome).
