Have you tried Googling 'LibreriaIconos.dll'? If something throws up a missing .dll error on me, that's normally the first thing I do. Sometimes you can just find the missing .dll file yourself and add it to whatever folder needs it and hey presto, problem solved (sometimes it's not as straightforward as this though, if it's something specific to a system update or it's a .dll file used by a different OS to the one you have installed)

You need to redownload the GUI you're using, "LibreriaIconos" means "Icon Library" in Spanish
