Well.. I found my own answer...

http://www.leobodnar.com/products/G25-G27-shifter/

Here is a product that USB"lises the Shifter as a seperate item which can be rad in Mac OSX Natively..(Let There be More Wires To Hook Up..lol)
Also another question and answer I found too. Q: Why doesnt my G27 allow me to do a rocket start in Supermodel3? A: Becuase the Gas and brake pedals use the same darn axis!! For a way to use the G27 in OSX with 3 seperate Axis, here .. http://leobodnar.com/products/DFPG25conn/

This helps me plenty.. and this should help any other guys who are using their Mac to run games...
