Has anyone else had this problem?

Whenever I try to configure inputs or load a game in supermodel, I keep getting the small black screen(the one used for configuring inputs). Then after hanging for a few seconds I get the message, "supermodel.exe is not responding." Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how can I fix it?

I've tried:
Enabling and disabling the EmulateNet and SimulateNet options = same result,
Multiple revisions of supermodel.exe = same result,
Using supermodel.exe with and without the UI made by Nuexzz = same result,
Loading different games(in my case lamachin.zip, oceanhun.zip, von2.zip, and von254g.zip) = same result.

My PC specs:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i9 11900KF @ 3.50 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 (w/ latest drivers)

Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have never seen this issue. It works otherwise?
