Having a lot of trouble configuring off screen reload

Hoping someone can help me, I am trying to configure Supermodel to off screen reload in Jurassic park but can't seem to get it to work. i am using aimtrak guns and the game recognizes the guns without any issues but will not allow me to off screen reload. I am able to shoot.

So I have two questions

1: how do I configure it to recognize off screen reload?

2: how do I calibrate guns in game? They do not match up at all with my gun calibration.
