FFB in LE MANS 24 is it possible?

It seems the drive board of le mans is the same into indy 500 and sega touring car : epr-18261.ic9 chk 0C7FAC58
the epr is dump
My question is simple someone have the ability to add FFB in le mans with this dump?

honest semi-unrelated question :
is there a reason why your car in le mans handles so poorly (feels like you're controlling a wet bar of soap)
i mean,you can't really play the game using a keyboard (blasphemy,i know) while you can at least somehow play daytona 2,rally 2,etc ?
does the game need specific settings or something ?

The simple answer is that it was made by a different development team within Sega - Sega AM3. Scud Race and Daytona USA 2 were both made by Sega AM2 and Sega Rally 2 was made by AM Annex.
