Mag Truck will now default to English. It was fixed 9 builds ago.
Use the latest official build from the download page...

Use both the new Supermodel.exe and the Games.xml in the Config folder.
Commenting the ROM patch on/off in the Games.xml changes English or Japanese.

But is not a great idea create more clone games for each language version with just one rom?
