Problem with changing resolution

sorry for my bad language im french. i have a problem im stuck at 1024x768 on resolution. I have a rtx 3090, and when i want o change beyond that, the screen is cut and i can see only a small part of the screen. When i try to change that with a front end, it wont change wathever i try, and widescreen wont work too. can someone can help me? Thanks a lot
