Virtua Striker 2 '98 Config

Is there any way to map controls for setting options like game type, game length, changing formations during a game? I've got short pass, long pass and shoot mapped but can't seem to find any way to map anything else.

you can change formation with the start button and that's about it

Sadly we can´t change players.
